Healthcare Plan
We offer a full healthcare program for our employees. For the first 3 years, the Company pays 50% of your Healthcare costs. Plus, we offer a tax deductible Health Savings Account to our staff.
Dental Plan
Employees may purchase a full annual dental program for as low as $8 per month from our group plan.
Disability Insurance
The Company pays 100% for our employees short term and long term disability insurance coverage.
Paid Vacation Time
All employees earn two weeks paid vacation for the first three years on our team. After three years, they are provided with three weeks paid vacation.
Paid Holidays
Since part of our operations are Internet based today, our staff receive either paid holidays off, they may accumulate their paid holiday or earn double time on the holiday they work.
Additional Insurance Options
Through our group insurance plan, our staff may purchase additional insurance options at a very low cost. These may include additional disability coverage, cash payments in case of certain types of illness, and or additional medical coverage that may not be covered in the main Healthcare plan.
