Faxing You may fax your order to 813-854-4398. We only accept faxed orders that are shipping and billing to a United States address.

Check payment policy

• We accept cashier or certified checks on all COD orders.
• We accept personal or business checks for prepaid orders, please allow 10 business days for clearing.
• Our established customers will be invoiced according to pre-arranged terms

There is no surcharge for credit card orders. Your credit card is not charged until the time your order ships.

APO and FPO shipments
We are pleased to offer service to customers with APO and FPO addresses. All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and must meet Postal Regulations for maximum weight, dimension, etc.

Freight Charges
Shipping charges on all orders vary and will be charged to the customer; contact a sales representative for more details.

At times a purchase is defective or malfunctions. The standard time period for returns to Data America is 30 days. Before you will receive credit for any returned items you must call your account executive at 800- 533-3776 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA. Some manufacturer's have specific return policies that must be followed. A claim to the manufacturer must be made in most cases.
