At Data America, we provide all consumables, on-site service, maintenance kits, and help desk support for your existing laser printer fleet, as well as additional equipment that may be supplied by us.
With our service, your company is not charged for the individual products that we provide to you. We base your charges on the number of pages you print by keeping a running page count. Based on an agreed schedule between your company and Data America, your page count is transmitted electronically to us. This may occur monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. For complete traceability, we label all printers with an identification number.
Our Support staff provide phone support for the simpler issues to assist with repair and troubleshooting times. This is followed up as necessary with full on site support and includes all parts and labor for any printer problems. We strictly adhere to an onsite pre-determined response time to ensure you complete satisfaction.
