Credit Policy

A variety of credit options are essential to your company's growth. We offer several credit and financing options to meet your business needs:

1. ·         Credit Cards:  We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, corporate purchase cards, and government IMPAC cards. To purchase products with your credit card, complete the Credit Card Authorization Form (requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader), on your company letterhead, and fax it to Customer Service at 813-854-4398.
2. ·         Open Account:  Your Data America account will be established with a credit limit and payment terms based on the details of your application. The net amount of each transaction is due in 20 days. These terms can be adjusted when necessary, depending upon your account history, the requirements of a particular transaction, or both. To apply for an open account, download and print our Credit Application. Complete the entire form, sign it and fax it to Customer Service at 813-854-4398.
3. ·         Wire Transfer:  A wire transfer of funds from your bank to ours may be required depending upon the status of your account or the type of order pending. Arrange wire transfer details with your bank’s customer service department. For wire transfer instructions please call:

1. ·         Leasing:  We offer attractive lease options with flexible terms. With few up-front cash requirements and low monthly payments, leasing provides opportunities for capital conservation and potential tax advantages. Furthermore, soft costs such as installation and freight charges can usually be financed. Please contact your Data America Account Executive for more information.
